No, GRT's and QL's interior ballistic models are completely different. They may share some roots from which they based on and the powder data may appear similar, but the powder data/numbers  (the powder models) are **INCOMPATIBLE** and cannot be transferred between the two. Both programs will very likely produce WRONG results if copied over.
